Can you share how your journey with FCHAIN began, what motivated you to join and how your role has evolved over the past years?
My journey with FCHAIN began in December 2016 when I joined as an Office Manager, eager to start my career in a dynamic and growing company. What initially attracted me to FCHAIN was its strong reputation for fostering employee growth and offering meaningful development opportunities. I was excited to be part of an organization that valued its people and encouraged them to contribute beyond their immediate responsibilities.
In the beginning, I was responsible for front desk operations, but my curiosity, the education I received in this field and proactive approach soon opened new doors. I showed an interest in finance and was given the opportunity to assist the company’s Chief Accountant. This marked the first step in a series of career advancements. I gained hands-on experience in accounting, budgeting and financial reporting, which laid the foundation for my future growth.
As FCHAIN expanded, I was entrusted with establishing and managing the new AP/AR (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable) department. This was a pivotal moment that tested my leadership and organizational skills. Building on this success, I then took on the challenge of managing the Payroll Department, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees. The most significant leap came when I began leading payroll department at the company with a large client base, which further honed my expertise.
Today, I proudly serve as FCHAIN’s Financial Manager. My journey from Office Manager to Financial Manager reflects not just a career progression, but a deep, hands-on understanding of the company’s financial operations. Every step along the way has allowed me to grow personally and professionally, and I’m grateful to have played a part in FCHAIN’s continued success.

My career trajectory within the company stands as a true reflection of the hard work, determination and adaptability I’ve consistently brought to each role.
Along the way, I’ve not only gained in-depth knowledge across various financial functions, but I’ve also cultivated strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. These experiences have empowered me to take on greater responsibilities, lead teams with confidence and contribute meaningfully to the company’s evolving vision. Every challenge I’ve encountered has been an opportunity to grow and every milestone achieved has deepened my commitment to both personal excellence and FCHAIN’s continued success.
