Remote Work - A New Labor Model of the Modern Era - FChain

In recent years, the rapid development of technology has led to profound changes in the world of work. Remote (distance) work means the performance of labor functions outside the workplace using means that allow for remote execution, including electronic, software-technical, or other similar tools.

This approach not only marks the beginning of a new stage in labor relations, but also creates broad opportunities for both employers and employees in terms of flexibility, productivity, and the preservation of work–life balance.
