Effective February 9, 2026, amendments to the Law “On State Registration and State Register of Legal Entities” have introduced a critical compliance mandate for all businesses in Azerbaijan.

Following the end of each calendar year, entities must submit a formal report to the State Tax Service by January 31st. This report must confirm whether any changes have occurred regarding the company’s constitutive documents or previously registered records.
