Starting with the new period, rent increases will be determined according to the Consumer Price Index (T\u00dcFE) rate.<\/p>\n<p>The 25% maximum increase limit imposed on residential rents as part of inflation control measures in 2022 expired on Monday, July 1st. From July 2024 onwards, rent increases will be determined based on the 12-month average Consumer Price Index (T\u00dcFE), as was the practice before.<\/p>\n<p>Landlords will not be able to exceed the upper limit set according to the average T\u00dcFE.
