New important date in calendar: who has to submit tax returns in 2024 in Kazakhstan?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Universal declaration for registered first managers, directors and founders or participants of legal entities, as well as individual entrepreneurs and their spouses<\/strong> is introduced from January 1, 2024 as third stage of the implementation of universal declaration in the Republic of Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n

It is important to point out that the obligation to provide declarations will arise even if the entrepreneur or legal entity does not operate.<\/p>\n

Declarants will be required to fill and submit a tax return by form 250.00 \u201cAssets and Liabilities\u201d. In the first year of declaring, tax return on paper will be accepted by the Tax Authority at the place of registration until July 15, 2024; electronic declarations must be submitted before September 15, 2024.<\/p>\n

Starting from 2025, it will be necessary to submit different form of income and property tax return – form 270.00, the deadline for submitting of form 270.00 has not been announced.<\/p>\n
