{"id":41444,"date":"2023-04-19T15:37:53","date_gmt":"2023-04-19T12:37:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/f-chain.com\/?p=4258"},"modified":"2023-04-19T15:37:53","modified_gmt":"2023-04-19T12:37:53","slug":"2023-minimum-wage-support-procedures-az","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/az.f-chain.com\/az\/2023-minimum-wage-support-procedures-az\/","title":{"rendered":"2023 Minimum Wage Support Procedures"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]The 2023 minimum wage support has come into force with the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.resmigazete.gov.tr\/eskiler\/2023\/01\/20230113-1.htm\">Law No: 7431<\/a>\u00a0(In Turkish) published on the Official Gazette dated January 13, 2023 and numbered 32072.<\/p>\n<p>With the Communique dated March 7, 2023 and numbered 2023\/12, the procedures regarding the minimum wage support have been published by the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sgk.gov.tr\/\">Social Security Institution<\/a>\u00a0(In Turkish).<\/p>\n<p>As a summary, in case that all conditions are met, the minimum wage support will be automatically deducted from the social security premium payments on the upcoming periods by the Social Security Institution\u00a0<strong>without any application<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The conditions required for 2023 minimum wage support can be summarized as below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For the workplaces registered before 2023; if the social security base amount is 250 Turkish lira or less in the monthly\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cottgroup.com\/en\/legislation\/infographic\/withholding-and-premium-service-declaration\">withholding tax and premium service declarations<\/a>for the same month of 2022,<\/li>\n<li>For the workplaces subject to collective bargaining, if the social security base amount is 500 Turkish lira,<\/li>\n<li>For the workplaces which have employees working underground for &#8220;Lignite&#8221; and &#8220;Hard Coal&#8221; extraction, if the social security base amount is 667 Turkish lira,<\/li>\n<li>For the workplaces included in the scope of this Law for the first time in 2023,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The amount which is calculated as 13.33 TL multiple with the total premium days related to the period January \u2013 June 2023, would be deducted from the social security payments automatically without any application.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In terms of the employees within the scope of this article;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The employees whose long-term insurance branches (disability, old-age, and death) are paid, would be under the scope of this article (due from the document type codes: 1, 4, 5, 6, 13, 14, 20, 24, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 47, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 90, 91, 92)<\/p>\n<p>Based on that, for the individuals whose long-term insurance branches are not paid, could not be considered within the scope of this article.<\/p>\n<p>You can reach the related Communique via the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/kms.kaysis.gov.tr\/Home\/Goster\/196212?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1\">link<\/a>.
