The moratorium will last until January 1, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Adoption of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan &#8220;On Moratorium&#8221; for checking the activities of business entities is provided by the Decree.<\/p>\n<p>The provisions of Article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan shall be suspended during the moratorium on inspections under the law.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Emomali Rahmon, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, signed executive order No.362 on 16.03.2022, announcing a moratorium on checking the activities of business entities.
