More information about a new type of work and business visas in Kazakhstan will be provided in further articles in September, stay tuned with FChain<\/li>\n<li>New rules on the return of VAT for a large business entity are established.<\/li>\n<li>Changes in the calendar of public holidays:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>25th of October will be the Day of Republic from 2022 and it will be a day off<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Celebration of First President Day on 1<sup>st<\/sup> of December is annihilated from 2022<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full list of accounting activities in September you may see below:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Calculation and payment of wages for August: 1 \u2013 10 of September 2022<\/li>\n<li>Submission of tax reporting \u2013<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>before September, 15<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>submission of an excise duty tax return in the form of 400.00 and calculation for subdivisions in the form of 421.00<\/li>\n<li>income and property declaration of an individual in the form 270.00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>before September, 20<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>EEU for received imports &#8211; submission of an import application in the form 328.00 and payment of VAT<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Payment of taxes:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>Before 5th of September<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>individuals engaged in private practice pay PIT (personal income tax)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Before 20<sup>th<\/sup> of September <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>excise duty<\/li>\n<li>amounts of indirect taxes on imported goods to the customs union<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Before 26<sup>th<\/sup> of September<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>salary taxes and contributions and other taxes<\/li>\n<li>Withholding tax and advance payments for CIT<\/li>\n<li>other taxes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Submission of statistical reporting according to schedule for your business activities<\/li>\n<li>Other activities in area of primary documentation checkup\/collection, reconciliation acts and matching of electronic invoices on state portal with 1C or other software; daily bookkeeping activities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; In the frame of a new concept of migration policy for the next 5 years, it will be implemented a new type of visa for persons with valuable skills and investment visas with special conditions for foreigners.
